Care

You should use TeleEyes services when you are experiencing any type of eye infection, irritation, or stye, or when you want to renew a current eyeglass or contact lens prescription.

Yes. You can browse through the doctors profiles and choose your TeleOD.

If you don’t know which doctor to choose, we will help you by narrowing the results to your specific eye care needs.

TeleEyes was built to be the first responder in anything eyecare related. We will be able to provide you with the correct referrals if you cannot be treated online. However, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital.

Appointments

Please call or email your TeleOD to make any changes to your appointment.

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled by the doctors office, we can connect you with another TeleOD that is in network with your insurance and eye care needs.

Make an appointment by choosing a TeleOD profile and filling in the appointment request form on their page. Their office will reach out to confirm your appointment within 1 hour.

Billing

A TeleEyes visit can either be covered by insurance with applicable copays or out of pocket $49. If you are a union member, please reach out to us for your exclusive discounted rate.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, or paypal for your TeleEyes visit.

Yes, we will connect you with a TeleOD who is in network with Medicare and/or Medicaid.

Yes. TeleEyes will connect you with doctors who are in network with your insurance.
