TeleEyes is a virtual online eye service provided by TeleOpticians, TeleOptometrists, and TeleOphthalmologists that allows you to get an eye exam from the comfort of your own home. You book an appointment online, and a licensed professional will conduct the exam virtually! The service is convenient and affordable, and it’s a great way to get the care you need without having to go to an optometrist’s office.
How to get connected

Set Up Your Account
The first step is to create an account on TeleEyes. You then add your information on medical history, & a brief demographic
There’s a self-pay option for $49, or you can upload your insurance information

Choose Your Exam
After setting up your account, you can get a medical examination. There’s a variety of eye care services, including diagnosis and management of conditions like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. It can also be used for routine eye exams. You can also renew your prescriptions for your eyeglasses, or contact lenses.

Get Connected
The final step is to get connected and schedule an appointment with an eye care professional!
